Today President Biden stumbled over a sandbag during a speech he was giving at the U.S Airforce Academy. He was not injured.
Biden fell near as he was leaving the podium, as he stepped away. Biden was helped to his feet by secret service agents who were standing by.
"He's fine. There was a sandbag on stage while he was shaking hands," Ben LaBolt, the White House communications director, tweeted as videos of the incident circulated online. (source)
Biden, who delivered the commencement address was able to continue with the ceremony later shaking hands with graduates.
President Biden’s falls during his tenure as Commander in Chief include March 8, 2021, boarding Air Force One. The incident occurred as Biden was walking up the stairs to the plane.
Joe Biden also fell off his bike while riding in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware on Saturday, June 18, 2022. He was not injured and got up immediately. He said that he was "good" and that his foot got stuck on the pedal as he was trying to dismount.

The White House Doctor evaluated Biden and In February 2023, released a health summary that stated that he is "a healthy, vigorous, 80-year-old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency."
Whether or not President Biden is fit for office is a matter of opinion. His age and health have been the subject of much discussion, and some people believe that he is too old to be president. Others argue that his age and experience are assets, and that he is still mentally and physically sharp enough to handle the demands of the job.
