Gluten Free Life

In today’s post I will be sharing my impressions of Amy’s Thai Green Curry.

Amy's Kitchen is a family-owned, privately held American company based in Petaluma, California, that manufactures organic and non-GMO convenience and frozen foods.

They have been in business for over 30 years.

Thai Green Curry (gluten-free and dairy free)

The vegan entrée includes organic sweet potatoes, green beans, yellow zucchini, fire-roasted red peppers and made-from scratch tofu.

The ingredients are tossed in Amy’s Kitchen’s house-made green curry sauce and served over a bed of jasmine rice.

The dish is aromatic and flavorful. I was quite surprised that I absolutely loved it. The house-made curry sauce was mild, and the sweet potato gave it a light sweetness that paired well with the other vegetables in the dish.
Amy's Thai Green Curry-:Lashaun Turner--:

I had the Thai Green Curry with a side of baked chicken wings and garnished with fresh broccoli & spinach. The entrée by itself, the portion size, would not have been filling for me. The tofu by itself was not enough protein (9 grams).

The curry dish was of good quality and excellent tasting. I thoroughly enjoyed it and fully recommend the product.

I have had an opportunity to taste several of Amy's frozen meals and will be sharing my thoughts on more of their products in upcoming posts.
