But first, let’s find learn more about “gluten” and why some people are eliminating it from their diets.

The soup makes a great stock and tastes good all by itself, ready to go out the can so it’s very convenient.

Ingredients

Tip: I added additional veggies and left over baked chicken to make it heartier and filling. Fresh cauliflower, corn, broccoli, and spinach.

And to really hit that sweet spot I ate it with a piece of hot water cornbread. Delicious!
