The I.E Soul Food Tour recently dined at the Breakfast Club in Menifee - a breakfast & brunch restaurant.

The Restaurant

Self-described as a rustic breakfast venue serving unique American fusion fare plus specialty coffee drinks:

The eatery is located in the Menifee Countryside Marketplace at 30076 Haun Rd, Menifee, CA 92584.

The Experience

I visited the Breakfast club at about noon on a weekday and they were busy. I opted to dine on the outdoor patio and my wait was about 10 minutes.

The menu offers plenty of variety including specialty omelets, pancakes & waffles, breakfast sides, wraps, sandwiches, and burgers. My order was taken promptly.

Inside the restaurant as well as the patio area appeared clean and orderly. The wait staff took my order promptly and were attentive throughout the meal.

The Food

I ordered three different pancakes- buttermilk, blueberry, and bacon. They were nice sized cakes, and each were hot and delicious. Along with that I had bacon and hash browns.

The bacon pancake was my favorite. A savory crisp bacon pancake with sweet maple syrup to go along with it.

The blueberry pancake had a generous amount of plump blueberries in each bite, and the buttermilk pancake as with the others, was thick, fluffy and just plain good.

I also ordered a seniors breakfast bowl with toast. In the bowl are breakfast club potatoes, scrambled eggs, onions, red and green bell peppers, bacon, topped with sausage gravy, cheddar & pepper jack cheese.

The bowl was a nice portion for only $8.95, and it tasted so good. The dish melded all these ingredients together underneath a flavorful sausage gravy and cheese. I thoroughly enjoyed the texture and taste.

Impression and EATER score

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal, and it was a phenomenal experience. Top notch food, atmosphere, and wait staff.

Eater score is 10/10 and I can definitely recommend the Breakfast Club of Menifee.
