SEASON OVER. The Los Angeles Lakers quest for a repeat championship has ended in game 6, losing 113-100 to the Phoenix Suns. Anthony Davis tried to make a triumphant return to help the Lakers avoid elimination against the Suns. Davis re-injured his groin early in the first quarter, though, which was a sign of things to come. The Lakers went down by as many as 29 points in the first half.
