What is the Most Visitor-Friendly City in Florida?

L. Cane

Most people enjoy being treated in a friendly manner. Being greeted with kindness, being treated with respect, and demonstrating basic pleasantries are all things one arguably associates with southern hospitality and friendliness. Although many Floridians would like to live in a place where everyone in Florida is friendly, some places are arguably more friendly than others.

Determining the Most Friendly Cities in Florida: The Criteria: The website Trips to Discover wanted to know which cities its readers considered the most visitor-friendly in Florida. So it surveyed its monthly readers and Facebook users to find out. Cities were evaluated by vote counts, whether a city was considered to have helpful locals, and whether it was easy to navigate, and seemed safe.

What Were Some of the Highlights of the Survey?: It turned out that respondents had strong opinions about cities in which they didn't live. 79% of recipients voted for a city that wasn't home, and 126 cities were represented in total.

Which Cities Were Considered the Most Visitor-Friendly in Florida?: Orlando came in first place in this survey, with some recipients noting that the city is friendly and clean. Miami came in second. Some recipients said that Miami's culture made them feel at home. St. Augustine came in 3rd.
