Sugarfire Smokehouse takes the best traditions of the best barbecue cities in the U.S.A. to create a St. Louis style barbecue that’s all its own. Sugarfire Smokehouse is known for back ribs, juicy pulled pork, and some of the best beef brisket in town. This location has also been named Best Barbecue by the Travel Channel, St. Louis Magazine, Feast Magazine, and more. But let's talk about what you care about most: the BBQ!

Whether your BBQ preference is Carolina-style, Memphis, Texas or anything in between, Sugarfire has an original recipe sauce to suit your taste buds. There are a lot of sauces available for your food. White BBQ is based on an Alabama-style white sauce, which includes horseradish and vinegar. There is Sugarfire 47 which is a sweet, complex sauce. Honey Badgerin is a sweet, tangy sauce will grab you and won't let go. St. Louie Sweet is just what it sounds like. Carolina Mustard combines yellow mustard and vinegar. There is even a Coffee BBQ sauce for the coffee lovers.

Here are a few menu favorites that are absolutely worth trying. The Carolina is a simple--and often messy--sandwich which is served with a choice of your favorite meat and coleslaw. Then choose whatever sauce you like. The Carolina Mustard is the most common choice, but go with whatever you want.

The Meat Daddy is a plate that is flat out not for the faint of heart. You get a 4-bone rib, a jalapeno cheddar sausage link, and 4 oz of brisket, pulled pork, and turkey. By the way you also get two sides with this meal and a drink too. Of course, you can go for a Combo Plate if you'd like and just choose any two meats and then choose two sides.

The sides include house french fries, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad. All four of these are excellent and will not disappoint.

Now what would go great with a fantastic plate of BBQ with these fantastic sides? Well, at Sugarfire you have the option to get an old-fashioned ice cream soda float. Imagine some handmade ice cream in a glass, topped with local soda. Delicious!

There are also housemade milkshakes available in chocolate, vanilla or strawberry and topped with whipped cream. Want something even more exciting? You can get a "pie shake." That's right, a pie shake. It is just what you think it is. A piece of pie blended into a milkshake. You can get a piece of chocolate pie and have it in a chocolate milkshake to have a chocolate explosion of a pie shake.

Stop by Sugarfire Smokehouse sometime. You'll be glad you did! There are four different locations in the St. Louis area.
