When we appreciate our blessings and cultivate an attitude of gratitude, we will attract more positive things into our lives. This mindset change will help us create a better life for ourselves and those around us by directing energy towards what we do want versus what we don't want.
Many self-help books, motivational speakers, and YouTube videos tell you to visualize what you want to get it.
