- Elm Grove July 4th Famiy Fun Fest
It is a full day of family fun at the Elm Grove July 4th Family Fun Fest on Sunday. There will be a Fun Run, a bike decorating contest, a flag raising ceremony, games for the kids, food trucks and beer, a DJ and fireworks. There will be a beer garden and food trucks from Catrina Tacos and Wilma’s Smokehouse. The kid activities include fire truck and ambulance tours, inflatable fun, a splash contest, a swim race, foot races, field games and a water balloon toss. Top off the night with fireworks at 9:30 p.m. to fully round out your 4th of July.
- New Berlin 4th of July Family Festival
The New Berlin 4th of July Family Festival at Malone Park wraps up on Sunday. There will be a mini parade at 9:30 a.m. presented by the New Berlin Jr. Woman’s Club. The grounds and carnival will open at 12 p.m. this day. The main parade takes place at 1 p.m. From 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., enjoy performances from Anita’s Dance Studio in the east tent, a WMAA Demonstration in the west tent, and a German Shepherd Dog Club Demonstration in the center of the grounds. Rebel Grace plays in the east tent and Almighty Vinyl in the west tent from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Enjoy the fireworks sponsored by Festival Foods at 10 p.m. with the grounds closing at 11 p.m.
- Village of Pewaukee 4th of July Events
Beginning at 10 a.m. at Pewaukee Lake front, you can enjoy a bunch of fun 4th of July events. There will be a bicycle decorating contest with prizes at 10 a.m., a 4th of July parade at 3 p.m., a Pewaukee Lake Water Ski Club Show at 6 p.m., live music from Rogue from 8 p.m. until dusk and fireworks over Pewaukee Lake at dusk.
- Brown Deer 4th of July with Brewtown Beat
Head to Brown Deer Village Park on the 4th between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. for some great fun. There will be live music from Brewtown Beat and fireworks at sundown at this free event. This is a great event for the entire family for relaxing or dancing. Brewtown Beat features multiple vocalists and a full horn section. They cover a mix of tunes from the 80s, 90s and more. There will be high energy Reggae and Ska music.
- City of Waukesha July 4th Fireworks at the Waukesha Expo Center
If you’re looking for some great fireworks on the night of the 4th, head over to the Waukesha Expo Center. The gates open at 6 p.m. and the fireworks will start at about 9:30 p.m. There are also fun family activities going on during the day. Carry-in fireworks, pets, sparklers, grills, candles and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the Expo Center grounds.
- Waukesha 4th of July Parade in Downtown Waukesha
Head to Downtown Waukesha at 11 a.m. for the Waukesha 4th of July Parade. It starts near Cutler Park and heads down Main Street through Downtown Waukesha. It will feature marching bands, floats, a sea of decorated bikes, wagons and trikes. The theme is Looking Back - Reaching Forward. This parade is the 125th.
