Monday again! Oh, well! There are still plenty of fun things to do in and near Menomonee Falls on Monday. Check out the events below for an excuse to get out and about today! Just because it’s Monday doesn’t mean you can’t have some fun!

  • In-Person Class- Toddler Art Time at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts

Head over to Brookfield and the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts for a fun class with your toddler from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Have some fun creative time with your little one. The classes all begin with a shared group activity related to a reading. Then the art portion is led by Teaching Artist Jeanne Kollmeyer. You and your child will learn about artists and explore different techniques. This class is recommended for ages 2 to 4 with a caregiver. The cost is $20 per session or $100 for all six sessions.

  • Bingo at The Destination in Waukesha

Head over to Waukesha and The Destination Monday night from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. for a fun evening of Bingo. It costs $10 for 5 games with the option to buy more cards. There will be a progressive rollover jackpot and prizes for other games. There will also be free shots for special numbers.

  • Walk with HOPE - Virtual 5k

The HOPE Network of Menomonee Falls is hosting a Virtual 5k beginning on Monday. You can choose any time to walk through the morning of May 9th. There is no in-person event, so you can choose to walk anytime during the event at a time and location that are convenient to you. This is the first Walk with HOPE Virtual 5K Fundraiser. You can walk inside, outside or even on your treadmill. The event goes to support single mothers. There is a suggested registration fee of $25.

  • Beers and Bouquets at Drink Wisconsinbly Pub in Milwaukee

This fun event put on by Drink Wisconsinbly Pub in Milwaukee, Leinenkugel’s and Flowers for Dreams, is taking place Monday night from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event is a great opportunity to create something unique for Mother’s Day or go out for a date night. You will be provided with everything you need to create a floral masterpiece. This event is led by Flowers for Dreams designer, Lindsay Leinenkugel. There will be a unique beer tasting experience as well, led by sixth generation brewer, Katie Leinenkugel.

  • Bristol 45 Diner Cruise In

Head over to Bristol and the Bristol 45 Diner Cruise In. This event Is taking place on Monday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. All classic cars are welcome. Bring your lawn chairs, relax and enjoy the cars, park and conversation. You can pull into the park entrance off of 83rd St just North of the diner and park on the grass or concrete in the Village Hall parking lot.

  • Color Me Calm Coloring Event at Greendale Public Library

Need something to calm you down and de-stress? Have you tried coloring? It can be a great relaxing activity and the Greendale Public Library is providing supplies with just that in mind. Head over to this library at 9 a.m. Monday morning to enjoy a stress-free activity of coloring fun. The intricate coloring pages are designed just for adults. The event is free and designed for ages 18 and up. The library will offer the coloring sheets in the library entryway for patrons to take home. Make sure to have some quality crayons at home.
