  • Getting Crafty - Springtime Garden Gnomes

If you have some time this Sunday, head over to LaClare Cheese Shoppe in Malone from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for some crafty fun. You will be creating your very own garden gnome. The supplies will be provided for the gnome that you choose. There are 3 designs that you can choose from. There will also be cheese and beverages available. Make sure to purchase tickets ahead of time. It costs $35 per person.

  • Free Pop-Up Art/ Watercolor Painting

Head over to Hales Corners and Clifford’s Supper Club for a fun and free watercolor art event from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. They will supply all of the materials you need! Watercolor paper, patterns, graphite paper, paint, brushes, envelopes and pens and markers are all provided. You just need to bring yourself to enjoy this free event. The theme this week is watercolor painting. There will be graphite paper supplied that will allow you to transfer the design of a picture that you like onto the watercolor paper for you to paint. You can paint anything you wish, but there will also be patterns available for tracing a variety of different designs or make sure to bring your own picture. There will be paper to practice on as well as suggestions and guidance if you want. You can make a picture to frame, create a card or make a bookmark. This event is open to all ages and skill levels. There will be socially distanced protocols in place for this in-person event, but make sure to wear your mask. Show up anytime between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and work at your own pace to finish your watercolor piece. Children are welcome, but need to be accompanied by an adult. You can also order food and beverages while you paint. There is a fish fry available daily along with soups, reuben rolls, mozzarella sticks and wings.

  • Living Wreath Creation Workshop

Right here at Shady Lane Greenhouse in Menomonee Falls, you can enjoy a Living Wreath Creation Workshop on Sunday at 1 p.m. You will join Heidi for a wreath workshop using potted plants. This workshop costs $55 for each wreath. Make sure to call Shady Lane Greenhouse ahead of time to reserve your spot in this fun event!

  • Northshore Wellness, Body, Mind and Spirit Expo

Head over to Brown Deer and the Sheraton Milwaukee North Shore for this wellness event. This event is taking place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $7 per person, but children under 12 are free. Parking is also free, so you do not need to worry about paying for that. This expos brings refreshed energy to the holistic movement. It will feature the latest in new thought presentations, the nation’s best mediums and psychics and present information on the latest advancements in alternative health. There will be a large variety of vendors including astologists, Reiki masters, naturopaths and fitness experts. There will also be entertaining free presentations included with admission. You can make appointments for reading in advance or sign up at the registration table.

  • Cornhole Extravaganza

This event is taking place at Cedar Creek Park in Cedarburg from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is the first even spring Cornhold Tournament. It costs $30 per team of two. Participants will receive t-shirts and must be at least 21 years old. This event is actually a fundraiser for Festivals of Cedarburg to raise money for future events that were affected by the pandemic. Other activities, food and beverages will also be available.
