- Spring Makers Market at Story Hill FireHouse
Head into Milwaukee for this free event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come out and shop small, local businesses in one easy location at the Story Hill FireHouse. There will be Modern Maki sushi as well as drink specials. These vendors will be space outside in The Yard and inside the FireHouse in order to keep social distancing guidelines. Masks are required for all shoppers, vendors and employees.
- Motor Mania’s Indoors Builders Showcase
Close by in West Bend at the Washington County Fair Park and Conference Center you can attend this event put on my Motor Mania between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Admission is $20 for adults and $10 for children, but under 5 year olds are free.
- Free Pop-Up Art/Watercolor Painting
Head over to Hales Corners to Clifford’s Supper Club for a fun painting session at 4 p.m. This event is completely free and includes all of the materials that you need. This week’s theme is watercolor painting. You will be able to use graphite paper to easily transfer the design of the picture that you like to the watercolor paper to paint. There will also be patterns available for tracing a variety of different designs or bring your own photo to trace. There will also be practice paper provided and suggestions and guidance available if you want it. All ages and skill levels are welcome. You can order food and drinks while you paint, including a fish fry along with homemade soups, mozzarella sticks, reuben rolls and wings.
- Daniel’s Neighborhood Little Leapers
Take the kids to Sky Zone Milwaukee in Waukesha for a fun Daniel Tiger-themed event between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sunday. It costs $12.99 per child. Kids from walking age through 7 can jump for 120 minutes, create a special craft, get a temporary tattoo and meet and take pictures with Daniel Tiger. Make sure to reserve your spot ahead of time!
- Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Want to take some time to breathe before starting the new week? Head over to Reaching Treetops Yoga in Waukesha for a restorative yoga session at 5 p.m. on Sunday. You can show up for a $12 drop-in cost. You will practice yoga by calming candlelight. This is a great practice to relax with gentle movement and soft music. It focuses on stretching and mindful breath. You can attend in the studio or online through Zoom.
