On Friday, September 29, 2023, the popular retailer Burlington celebrated the grand opening of its newest Pennsylvania location in Pittsburgh, according to a store opening announcement posted on the company's website.
The new store is located at 432 Smithfield Street near Target and Five Below at the intersection of Forbes Avenue.
So far, feedback from local shoppers has been mixed. For example, this is what one customer named Nathanael had to say about the new Pennsylvania store location in a recent review:
Horrible customer service. I went there and got refused service for no reason, and then they were lying to me about why I wasn't allowed to be checked out. All the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. I won't choose that again.
