A popular local grocery store chain recently opened another new store location in Louisiana. Read on to learn more.
On Wednesday, March 15, 2023, Canseco's Market celebrated the grand opening of its newest Louisiana grocery store location in New Orleans, according to an event post on the company's Facebook page.
The new Caseco's Market store is located at 2221 Filmore Avenue in New Orleans near the Swanson Insurance Agency, Domino's Pizza, and Louisiana HVAC.
Canseco's Market is a locally owned, full service grocery store. The local grocery chain has four additional stores in the area.
So far feedback from local customers has been quite positive. For example, this is what one local shopper named Irina had to say about the new grocery store in a recent Google review:
I love this store, the prices are decent, good variety, lines are not too long, But the parking lot is small and their carts have some sort of a monitor on them - so you can't take them across the street, so you have to drag all your bags across the street without the cart if you are parked there. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.
So if you happen to be in the New Orleans area, consider stopping by the new Canseco's Market location the next time you need to restock your pantry or pick up a fresh meal.
The Filmore location is open Monday through Saturday from 7 am to 9 pm and on Sundays from 8 am to 9 pm.
