On Thursday, January 26, 2023, the Aerostat Creamery celebrated the grand opening of its traditional style ice cream parlor in Murrieta, according to local sources.

The Aerostat Creamery is located at 28210 Clinton Keith Road in Murrieta near Costco, Wingstop, and Jamba.

Aerostat Creamery isn't your typical ice cream spot. Instead of serving mass-produced desserts, they make their own ice cream fresh in-house "with local dairy products, real fruit, and real ingredients."

The menu features a rotating selection of popular ice cream flavors like coffee, mint white chocolate chip, butter pecan, banana chocolate nut, and more. They also serve milkshakes, classic root beer floats, banana splits, and seasonal specials.

You can view their full menu here on their website.

So far, the Aerostat Creamery is getting positive feedback from local patrons. For example, this is what one local customer named Thanh Le had to say about the new ice cream parlor in a recent Google review:

Very good flavors, love the rotating menu with an interesting choices. We got maple bacon & pistachio in a waffle bowl. Pistachio was full of nuts & delicious. We will be back to try more flavors. Owner was very nice.

So if you happen to be in the Murrieta area and are looking for a fun place to take your Valentine this year or to simply treat yourself to something sweet, consider stopping by the Aerostate Creamery.
