On Thursday, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced that a $5 Million Money Maker ticket was recently purchased by a customer at the Beer 'N Cigar store located at 3842 Union Deposit Road in Harrisburg.

If you happen to be the holder of the winning $5 Million Money Maker scratch-off ticket, the Pennsylvania Lottery advises that you sign the back of your ticket right away and contact the Pennsylvania Lottery claims office at (800) 692-7481 for further instructions on how to claim your prize check.

You can also visit the Pennsylvania Lottery's official website by going to PALottery.com.

Lottery players who win more than $600 are required to fill out a Claim Form which can be downloaded here.

However, if you win more than $2,500, you must either mail your winning ticket to the Pennsylvania Lottery with your claim form or visit the Lottery Headquarters in Middletown in person, which is probably the safer bet if you're holding a substantial winning ticket.

If you have purchased a scratch-off ticket recently or simply have a few tickets lying around that you haven't checked yet, you should check them soon since most scratch-off tickets expire within one year.
