Yesterday the Game Night Lounge at 1624 Marketplace Drive in Great Falls, Montana, announced that it would be closing its doors at the end of June after being in business for a little over a year.

The family-friendly entertainment facility offered a variety of arcade games, virtual reality experiences, escape rooms, and other activities. There was something here for people of every age to enjoy.

In addition to entertainment, Game Night Lounge also included a restaurant featuring sandwiches, burgers, steaks, and various yummy appetizers. It was the perfect place to host kids' birthday parties and other family events.

According to the business's Facebook page, the reason for the closure is due to "rising costs" that eventually made running the business unsustainable.

Dozens of customers expressed condolences regarding the closure on Game Night Lounge's Facebook page. Some acknowledged how hard the owners had worked to get the business off the ground and that it was a shame that they had to close their doors.

Others commented that the closure of Game Night Lounge would be a significant loss to the community because it provided a safe place for kids and teens to have fun without getting into trouble.

The Game Night Lounge will remain open until the end of next month. June 26, 2022, will be the last day the business will remain open to the public.
