Amazon is currently hiring delivery station warehouse associates at multiple locations throughout North Carolina and offering sign-on bonuses of up to $3,000. Both regular and seasonal positions are currently being filled with rates up to $16.50 per hour.

According to the North Carolina job listing, warehouse associates are responsible for "preparing inventory for delivery." More specifically, this task includes wrapping, sorting, and transporting packages within the warehouse.

This position does involve some manual labor. In order to qualify for the job, you'll need to be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand for long periods of time, walk up and downstairs, and squat or bend depending on the task. Each location has different schedule options available, from full-time (40 hours per week) to part-time (20 hours or less per week.) In some cases, you may be able to work more hours if needed.

With Amazon's "Anytime Shifts" program, you can set your own schedule and work as little as four hours per week. If you need to cancel a shift, you can do so right from your phone, so there's no need to ask for time off when you need it.

Amazon jobs also offer employees "Anytime Pay," which allows you to access 70% of your earnings as soon as your shift ends. With this program, there's no need to wait until payday if you need money right away. Instead, you just put in your request on the app and get paid instantly.
