Three FL Cities Were Named Among the Most LGBTQ-Friendly Cities in America

According to a new report published by Insider Monkey, "The Sunshine State" has three of the most LGBTQ-friendly cities in America. In order to determine which cities are the most LGBTQ-friendly, the publication "ranked cities based on the number of same-sex couples per 1000 households in ascending order".

Although it took a while for America to recognize same-sex marriage, in 2015 the Supreme Court legalized same-sex marriages in all US states. According to the report, Tampa came in at #16, Miami came in at #15, and Orlando came in at #14.

According to the article, San Francisco is the most friendly LGBTQ-friendly city in the nation.
