The Grand Strand has had some great events throughout 2022 that have had major success, and in the month of October that will not be any different! There are a plethora of exciting events that are taking place across the Grand Strand in the month of October, and the three events in this article are definitely events that you do not want to miss!

The Sixth Annual Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival will be held October 14 through October 16 on the historic 1420 Carver Street in downtown Myrtle Beach, the home of the famous "Charlie's Place"! Performers for this year include Terence Young, Phil Denny, Marcus Anderson, Dee Lucas, Jeanette Harris, George Freeman Jr., Adam Hawley, Chocolate Chip and Company, and many more, according to! General adimission is free, however the festival is accepting donations and VIP tickets are on sale! Not to mention, there will be great food from area restaurants as well as very talented vendors! After two years of drvie-thru only events, the members of the Saint John Greek Orthodox community are happy to offer a full, in-person festival for their 31st Annual Myrtle Beach Greek Festival will be taking place October 16 through October 16, located ate 3301 33rd Avenue in Myrtle Beach, according to their website!The event is family friendly and will include a kid's area, Greek community dance performers, church tours, and of course great food! The Second Annual Myrtle Beach Jerk Festival will be taking place October 30 located at the historical Broadway Street, the heart of Myrtle Beach, according to This event will feature jerk and Carribbean style cuisine from some of the best Carribbean style chefs in the area! There will be live entertainment, food trucks, as well as a "Wine Walk", which will feature six distinctive wines during the festival!
