NASHVILLE, TN — SmileDirectClub, a Nashville-based oral care and technology company, announced its participation as a founding industry partner for Women In DSO®, a non-profit women empowerment organization.
SmileDirectClub partners with Women In DSO® to accelerate diversity and inclusion, especially for women in the dental industry. The oral care company will support the events and programs from Women In DSO®, including networking, mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Women bring invaluable expertise and diverse perspectives, which can help to drive innovation further in oral care.”
SmileDirectClub partners with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) to offer scholarship programs for people of color and African Americans to study science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Recipients will receive $15,000, scholarships for their education by receiving it annually for at least $3,750 each year.
The oral care company recently launched two new products, SmileDirectClub Travel Toothbrush and SmileDirectClub 5-Piece Oral Care Travel Kit. The new products are available in 12,500+ retail stores and SmileDirectClub's websites.
SmileDirectClub aims to serve anyone with accessible oral care treatment. The oral company appointed Ted Ward as a director of the company's board in April this year.
The oral care company currently runs in several locations, including US, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Hong Kong, and Singapore. SmileDirectClub plans to unveil results for the second quarter of 2021 on Monday, August 9, 2021.
