Summer's here! That means car enthusiasts can drive their classic cars around for the summer! People can go to car shows and show off their older models for others to see and admire. Some people like looking at cars, even if they don't have as much interest as the enthusiasts.

The Beaverton A&W is rekindling that car enthusiasm by hosting a Cruise Night at the restaurant. On June 3rd, from 6 to 8 p.m., anyone owning an old muscle car can come to the restaurant and meet other car enthusiasts like them. It doesn't matter if your vehicle is historical or cool! If you have a car you love showing off; you can bring it to A&W that night!

This event is not a car show

The event page on Facebook makes it clear. The event isn't a carhop, nor is it a car show. It's a way for car enthusiasts to get an opportunity to show off their rides. A&W encourages all car junkies to come in and have dinner and look at the old cars coming around the restaurant!

Instead of thinking of the event like a car show, think of it as a social event. It's an opportunity for old car owners to network with others! Participants can meet with others who have the same interests as they do!

Throw in fantastic food while meeting all of these people, and you'll have yourself all the things you need for a great night of meeting new people!

If you miss this event, don't worry!

According to the Facebook page, you won't need to worry if you miss Thursday's event! A&W plans on making the event a weekly thing! There will be food specials, Cruise Night merchandise, and weekly giveaways!

If you're looking for something to do on Thursday nights and get some fantastic food, come to the A&W Cruise Nights! It'll be a great way to start the summer!
