Chicken + Whiskey, a Washington D.C.-based restaurant, opened its second location at the Mall of Columbia.
The restaurant's chef, culinary director Enrique Limardo, formerly worked at Baltimore's Alma Cocina Latina in Station North. Limardo now partners with Des Reilly, owner of The Walrus Oyster and Ale House, next to Chicken + Whiskey, according to Baltimore Magazine.
Chicken + Whiskey is a fast casual South American "chicken joint" that is open seven days a week and has over 99 whiskeys.
