The official ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for West Baltimore's new Community Resource Center will take place on April 26.
The open house will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 31 S Payton Street, where a former Enoch Pratt Library branch once was. The event is free and will offer breakfast, lunch, live music interactive presentations and activities.
The $6.6 million community center is part of a "Future Baltimore" revitalization project, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. The revitalization project is led by Kaiser Permanente and Bon Secours Community Works, an organization that provides resources to the underserved.
