A proposed housing development in Howard County that would help serve people with disabilities is expected to be voted on, on Monday, April 4.
The proposed 76-unit apartment building at the northeast corner of Cedar Lane and Freetown Road in Columbia, Maryland, known as Patuxent Commons, would include 25% of housing for adults with disabilities.
Mission First Housing Group, a nonprofit developer, is expecting to start construction in 2023 if financial applications are successful.
The Howard County Council is expected to vote on the proposal on Monday.
