Imagine you are a guest of an establishment, part of a well-known hotel chain with the expectation that you are safe and your privacy ensured, only to be awakened to someone, a stranger in your room. That would be a tale of horror for anyone, but according to the story below this is exactly what happened to an unsuspecting guest.
In this story, a Texas man traveling to Nashville, Tennessee to become a guest of the Hilton Hotel awakens to a terrifying experience. On March 30th, the guest was allegedly sexually harassed in the Hilton Downtown hotel.
The hotel guest, identified as Peter Brennan, called the police after he awoke one night at approximately 5 a.m., to find a staff member, the manager with Mr. Brennan's toes in his mouth. The hotel manager, Mr. David Neal had allegedly used a second key to let himself in Mr. Brennan's room and he woke from his sleep to find his toes in the manager's mouth.
Talk about service.
What would possess the manager to force himself onto the guest?
Per the story, Peter Brennan was shocked and began asking questions, such as who was the intruder and what was he doing in his room. The Manager still had on his work attire and name tag. His mouth was moving but his answers did not seem to be making sense.
One supposed answer was that the manager claimed he entered the room because he could smell smoke. If that was the case, was he attempting to keep the guest safe by keeping his toes wet?
The manager was later arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and assault.
What a colossal mess, he is lucky he was not harmed.
What are your thoughts? How would you feel if you woke up to find a stranger in your room?
