Shad Guts Are Great Baits for Striped Bass
A great blessing to be fishing with different anglers is that I learn new tricks all the time. On this fishing trip, my friend Leo used the freshly shad guts from the shad that we just caught from the Sacramento River as bait for striped bass. He was getting one bite after another. He caught and released many stripers on this trip. Again, I am experimenting with vertical videos. Please leave me a comment if you would like to see more. Thank you for joining me. From monster size fish to the tiniest, we'll catch 'em all. Exercise, cooking, hiking and outdoors activities, we got a bit of everything. JU Nation consists mainly of my lovely wife, MM, our six children, one adopted adult child aka FarmFresh or the Other Daughter, and their expanding families. The majority of our videos will be with me, JU, as I fish with family, friends, and local anglers targeting salmon, sturgeon, trout, American Shad, or anything that swims. I fish from shore as well as on a boat. I will share with you what works for me when pursuing the different fish species. Occasionally, we (I, my wife, and our adult children) will upload fish cooking, traveling, hiking, and outdoors videos. Please follow me on News Break by pushing that "follow" button.
