Houston Mural Tour | We still can't pronounce mural...
Howdy Y'all! Come along with us to check out a few of the 750+ artistic murals in Houston. Houston is a very multicultural city, home to 2.1 million people and representing more than 80+ countries. For this reason, cultural art is very important to the city, as it represents the diversity of Houston. The 1st mural we visited was titled "Greetings From Houston" located on 3602 White Oak Dr, Houston, TX. This mural is based on a 1970s post card made by Daniel Anguilu. The 2nd mural is titled "Houston is Inspired" located on 313 Travis St, Houston and was created by Mario Figueroa Jr. The Discovery Green murals were located at 1500 McKinney St, Houston, TX The Houston artists chosen for the project are: Melissa Aytenfisu, Betirri, Hannah Bull, DUAL, Empire, Max Guarnaccia, Kill Joy, Gelson D. Lemus (w3r3on3), Chelsea Mariah, Renee Martinez, Meenr, Amol Saraf and Usagi Wasabi The last mural we visited was located at the Houston Heights Hotel on 100 W Cavalcade St. Thanks for Watching!
