Thinking, Fast and Slow by laureate Daniel Kahneman.

I read this book after the recommendation of my teacher. It is one of the most insightful books I have found on behavioral psychology. In the book, he explains the way the human mind thinks.

There are many times in the book when you would want to just stop reading for a while and give a thought to what you have just read. The author will leave you in bits about yourself, for instance, there's very little you can do to change things.

This book is a real bombshell. The author is like a modern-day guru, guiding you towards an insightful journey about yourself and those around you. This book wasn't easy, to begin with, but it is certainly an eye-opener. The language is neither too hard nor too light to understand.
