(Forsyth County, GA) Here’s a look at recently released reports from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office:

Aggravated stalking

In late June, an officer responded to a domestic issue call.

“Upon my arrival, I made contact with the victim who informed me that her ex-boyfriend left a ‘lol’ comment under one of her Facebook posts. She stated the post was from a fake account,” the deputy wrote.

Previous reports determined that the poster had been served with a temporary protective order with the victim as the protected person. The protection order states the suspect was to have no contact with the victim.

“While on the scene, I was able to observe the Facebook post and observed the "lol" comment from the account. That account had no profile picture or any available information. I took a screenshot of the comment,” the officer wrote.

On July 17, Robert Kinsey, 43, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking.

Methamphetamine possession

On July 31, an officer observed a suspicious vehicle behind the business of Eagle Pawn located at 699 Atlanta Highway in the early morning hours.

“I made contact with the two occupants of the vehicle, Samantha Garmon and Dawn Allen. After an investigation was completed Garmon, 44, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and Allen, 48, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and giving false name,” the officer wrote.

They were transported to the detention center and sent to jail staff for processing.
