Restaurant Report Card: Health Department grades for FoCo restaurants

(Forsyth County, GA) NewsBreak is offering readers a restaurant report card presented twice a month. Here are the grades scored by the Forsyth County Health Department during inspections conducted between June 22-July 2, 2023:

  • Chopsticks China Bistro (405 Peachtree Parkway) Grade A-99. The inspector observed the cutting board with cuts/grooves.
  • Domino’s Pizza (Atlanta Road) Grade A-99. The inspector observed utensils being stacked wet.
  • HobNob (6690 Town Square) Grade B-85. The inspector observed soda nozzles with mold-like substances. The inspector observed hand sinks with grime build-up, and the caulking is not in good repair. The inspector noted clean utensils wet stacked.
  • Longhorn Steakhouse (1135 Bluegrass Court) Grade A-92. The inspector observed an unknown chemical stored in a spray bottle unlabeled. The inspector observed a scoop handle stored in the food.
  • McDonald's (5750 Highway 9) Grade A-100.
  • Papa John’s Pizza (6820 Keith Bridge Road) Grade A-96. The inspector observed the food handler not wearing a hat. The inspector noted the dumpster was surrounded by excessive debris.
