A healthy way to start your day with chicken farro salad.

Pomegranate chicken and farro salad is my one favorite and healthy breakfast recipe. My mother usually prepared the salad for me, and yesterday I also thought to help her out in the kitchen. It took us only 25 minutes to make the farro salad.

To make a pomegranate, chicken, and farro salad, you would require uncooked farro, avocadoes, shredded chicken, apricot, onion, walnuts, pomegranate, olive oil, orange juice, white wine vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Boil the farro in a large pan for 10 to 15 minutes until tender and drain. Now, add all the ingredients with the farro and shredded chicken. Sprinkle olive oil on top and serve.
