I called Mandel on Sunday evening, and I thought they might be closed. Mandel was kind enough to take my call and listen to me for five minutes. My bathroom sink Faucet was not working, and the water flow was less than expected.
I explained the problem to Mandel, and he was patient enough to listen to it all. I asked him to help on an urgent basis, and he showed up Monday morning. He walked in with a brand new faucet and changed the old one. Mandel was quick and also checked the drain pipe. I am happy with the Rapid Action Rooter service. He was wearing gloves and a face mask, safety first.
