The creamy caramel flan is all over the internet these days, and every other person was making it. The caramel over the flan looks fascinating and yummy. I thought of trying the recipe. It was quite a tricky task to pour the caramel.
I got sugar, water, cream cheese, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. In a large pan, boil sugar and water until golden brown. Now, pour the melted sugar into a greased souffle dish and let it set. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and beat the eggs into the same. Take this mixture and pour over the sugar. Place the dish in a large baking pan and fill it with water. Boil the water for 60 minutes. Remove the baking dish and refrigerate it overnight, unmold the edges, and put the sauce over each serving.
