I was feeling depressed and disconnected from the world. I was exhausted and stressed out. I talked to my peer groups about it, and they sent me the details about ‘Gentle Yoga for Terrible Times’ organized by Joyce Wu, RYT 200. I read about this event and found out it has all the issues I am dealing with, like low energy level, improper sleep, stress, and concentration. I quickly registered myself for the upcoming workshop on Sat, May 8, 2021, 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM PDTvia zoom. It sounds great, and I feel it will relax and nourish my mind, body. Yoga is actually a fantastic strengthening practice. Through the regularity of yoga, we can prevent various disease-fighting Resistance. Finally, I am feeling like this workshop will help me to find peace and relaxation. I can't wait to attend.
