I have an immense love for baking, and when I came across this California Lemon Pound Cake, I had to try it out. It's a very simple and quick cake to make a cake. You need butter, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, lemon extract, all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and whole milk. Other than these, you should also have softened butter, lemon zest, and confectioner's sugar. All you have to do is take a large bowl and cream the butter and sugar into it, then beat the eggs and mix it. Keep stringing it and keep on adding the lemon zest and confectioner's sugar. Now slowly add baking powder and flour, mix it until combined. Spread the batter in a greasy tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Prepare the frosting and spread it all over the cake.
