Healthy Weekend Activities - Good Choices will Prevail
In the modern age where many parents have chosen to let kids entertain themselves with their games, phones, and television - others are getting out and about with their children. Waking up early and getting your children used to moving and getting some fresh air and exercise is a great habit to instill in our children and makes for lifelong healthy habits. Perhaps if we'd been as fortunate during our generation, we too would have had more people with better health.
