Introduction
I write extensively about the current state of U.S. shopping centers and mixed-use developments. In that spirit, Florida's new Nora destination is presently rounding out its Phase One tenants.
Per NoraWPB.com: Nora’s Phase I includes 150,000 square feet of adaptive reuse and new development and will be home to best-in-class hospitality, retail, and wellness. Phase II is actively being planned and will feature significant hotel, office, and residential development.
Nora is listed as arriving in the spring of 2024.
Let us explore.
Nora, 2023
According to a September 21st report from ShoppingCenterBusiness.com, Phase One of Nora's development is well underway.
As excerpted from the report: The first round of retail and restaurant tenants have signed leases to join the commercial district at Nora, a mixed-use development underway in downtown West Palm Beach. The tenants include three food-and-beverage concepts — Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, H&H Bagels and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream. Fitness concepts [solidcore] and Rumble Boxing will also join the tenant lineup.
The first phase of Nora, when completed, will reportedly comprise 25 restaurants, as well as multiple shops and wellness concepts.
Conclusion
This is a developing story. In the event of pertinent updates to this matter, inclusive of progress, official announcements of milestone dates, and further retailer opening announcements, I will share them here on NewsBreak.
