The new location at 9761 Metcalf Ave. is one of the first in the country to operate with a “digital kitchen” system, said Operations Manager Jason Lester.

The report went on to state: With screens at each prep station, the digital system aims to improve on the old paper ticket method of taking orders. Lester said this means customers receive their ribs and buttered rolls as quickly as possible. “We’re going to be better, faster, stronger,” he said.
