As to the titular location focused upon in this piece, a particularly long-awaited H-E-B market, construction for this entity is beginning construction. A report from Audacy.com, entitled “HEB Announces Opening Date For Their Next Metroplex Location,” details these current plans.

As excerpted from the report, regarding their upcoming second Frisco location: The store located in eastern Denton County near Little Elm is expected to open in 2024. With two locations already open and five more currently planned for the metroplex, HEB is quickly becoming a North Texas favorite. Now, one of those five planned stores is set to begin construction at U.S. 380 W. University and FM 423 or Gee Road.

H-E-B will reportedly disclose further information about this upcoming location in June.
