It's called the ReTAIL Resale Store in Charleston, SC.

This thrift shop is open from 10 am to 6 pm on Mondays through Fridays. On Saturdays, they close at 5 pm.
The thrift shop's website says, "Animal Helpers ReTAIL Resale Store accepts donations of gently used furniture, appliances, decorative items, and more. Donations are tax-deductible. All proceeds from the sale of these items go to Pet Helpers to save animals in the Lowcountry of South Carolina."
