The Business Insider website recently made a list of the top 12 places to live in the United States in 2023. Here's what the two in Wisconsin were.
2. Madison, WI. This place was ranked the 11th best place to live in the United States.
The website says, "A college town with a vibrant nightlife, food establishments, and art scene, Wisconsin's capital city is known as a cultural hub with a youthful flair."
Another website says, "Madison is where tradition meets innovation. The city is far more than a college town and home to the state capital. Madison is also where families come to bond on the lake, friends reunite over food and drinks, and art and history lovers enjoy live music and museums galore. Something is always going on here, from farmers markets to outdoor concerts, that makes everyone, no matter their age, feel right at home."
1. Green Bay, WI. This place was ranked the number one best place to live in the United States for 2023.
The website says, "As the hometown of the NFL's Green Bay Packers, this city knows a thing or two about sports and fun. Bordering Lake Michigan and close to state parks, it's also the perfect place for water-sport enthusiasts and nature explorers. The National Railroad Museum calls it home, too."
" As Wisconsin’s first settlement, the city is full of rich history and makes up part of the Oneida Nation reservation. Natural beauty, hip restaurants, and unique shops give Green Bay a fun vibe all year long, not just during football season. Stop by for a game and stay a while," another website says.
Those are the cities in Wisconsin that have been ranked as some of the best places to live in the United States.
