Going to your local farmers' market can treat you to a ton of amazing goodies. There's always a wide variety of fresh and delicious foods to choose from when you visit.
In the state of Tennessee, there are a ton of great farmers' markets but this one is a must-visit.
It's called the Nashville Farmers' Market in Nashville, TN.
Their website says, "The Nashville Farmers' Market, founded in the early 1800s, is located in the urban core of downtown Nashville adjacent to the Tennessee State Museum and Bicentennial Mall State Park. The year-round Market provides retail space to farmers, artisans, and small businesses."
"Our facility includes two covered open-air sheds, a 24,000 square-foot garden center, a culinary incubation center, and an international food hall that includes some 20 restaurants and shops," their website goes on to say.
This farmers' market is open from 8 am to 6 pm daily.
The farmers' market's goal, as described on their website is "Curating an inclusive destination marketplace that fosters a connection between our community and the farmers, foods, and artisans who contribute to our food system."
"Today, the market continues to serve as a daily Farmers’ Market providing retail space to seasonal harvests of farmers and an array of goods represented by artisans and specialty food makers, crafters as well as the only garden center in the urban core," their website goes on to say.
