5. Fulton, MO. This charming small town has a population of about 12,000 people.

4. Rocheport, MO. This town has a population of under 1,000.

2. Boonville, MO. This town has a population of about 8,500.

Their website goes on to say, "With a lively, stimulating cultural scene, combined with small-town charm and hospitality, Boonville will lure you in time and time again."
1. Parkville, MO. This town has a population of close to 7,000 people.
Their website says, "Downtown Parkville is a charming historic town that’s perfect for a day of local dining, unique shopping, and enjoying the beautiful scenery alongside the Missouri River."
"Downtown Parkville was named 2018 Great Neighborhood in Missouri and was USA Today’s pick for Most Charming Main Street in Missouri," their website goes on to say.
