Five restaurants in Pennsylvania have been ranked as the best places to eat in the United States

Recently, Yelp released its list of the top 100 restaurants to eat at in the United States. Five restaurants from Pennsylvania made the list. Here's what they are.

1. The Bakeshop on 20th in Pittsburgh, PA. This bakery landed at number 20 on Yelp's list.

"Cozy spot for croissants, cookies, sticky buns & brownies, plus savory hand pies & soups," their bio says on Google.

2. Pho 75 in Philadelphia, PA. This Vietnamese restaurant landed at number 29 on Yelp's list.

"Quick, simple stop for Vietnamese pho soups in many varieties from vegetable-based to cuts of beef," their bio says on Google.

3. Gi-Jin in Pittsburgh, PA. This Japanese restaurant was number 48 on Yelp's list.

"Our approach is a balance of respect for Japanese technique, tradition, ingredients and self-restraint," their website says.

4. Frieda in Philadelphia, PA. This European restaurant was number 66 on Yelp's list.

"Join us for breakfast, brunch/lunch, or a special celebration. Our Paris-trained chef, David, and the FRIEDA multigenerational kitchen and baking team from neighborhoods across Philadelphia will craft for you a European-inspired menu, infused with care and love," their bio says on their website.

5. Kooma in King of Prussia, PA. This Asian restaurant landed at number 98 on Yelp's list.

"With a belief that food is art, our focus is on unforgettable taste and fine presentation.
We hand-pick our ingredients to guarantee that our guests are treated to only the freshest and highest quality dishes," their website says.

Those are the five restaurants in Pennsylvania that have been ranked as some of the best places to eat in the United States.
