One of the reasons the concept of Vegan on a Budget came about was due to a question we receive everyday in our DMs. How do we maintain a vegan lifestyle as a family of 5? It’s simple, we stick to the basics: we cook at home, buying groceries that are whole foods (not the store) and creating the meals a non vegan would eat, only it’s plant based. On occasions, we dine at restaurants and you may think it’s expensive, however, think about it, if we stick to the basics when ordering out, food can still be enjoyed as well as keeping our wallet in tact. Vegan on a Budget will introduce you to creative ways to implement healthier choices, transition into a plant based diet, how to feed vegetables to your children (or you), all while not breaking the bank.
