Zucchini Feta Omelet Cooking at an Air BnB in Prescott Arizona

This is an easy recipe the whole meal went together in just a few minutes. It was nice and filling and kept us from getting hungry for hours. We had plenty of fuel to go out and see the sights. This kitchen was fully equipped and had nice dishes, pots and pans and a great coffee maker, a microwave, and even a little dishwasher.
