Description: This is one of the best soups I've ever made and it was incredibly easy! We ate it all up right away. The only thing I would change is to add another jalapeno. The addition of the avocado ranch dressing put the flavors over the top! It was spicy and rich and hearty. We will make this again and again. I love this mix as a salad and I really loved it as a soup.
