Cabin Cooking Easy and Organized Planning meals when cooking away from home

The weekend stay at a mountain cabin was smooth and easy with a little planning and organizing of our food menu. These recipes were delicious and satisfying. You never know what will be available when you stay at a new place and it's nice to have stuff that is easy to prep and it's nice to not spend too much time cooking when there is much to explore or you just want time to relax. This particular weekend it was great to watch the snow and sit in front of a warm fire.
