Zucchini Soup

We LOVE this soup! Just in time for fall, this blend of vegetables and cream is amazing. We loaded it up with garlic and spices and it's creamy and delicious. 1/2 cup butter 1 bunch of green onions 4-5 peeled carrots, sliced 1 Clove of crushed garlic 4 -5 sliced zucchini 1 Cup cream 2 cups chicken broth 2 Cups potato flakes 2 cups green peas Parsley, basil, salt, pepper, garlic salt Heat butter, sautee onions, carrots, zucchini In a large stock pot heat broth and cream and add in sauteed vegetables and potato flakes. Season to taste and lastly add in frozen peas.
